WHERE ARE YOUR CREATIONS MADE?
We ethically source our raw materials from different places of the world. Our creations contains a perceptible global footprint and they are manually crafted in our lab, in United States.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS?
All our packages are shipped via UPS ground. Samples orders are shipped via USPS first class.
CURRENT SHIPPING COST: COMPLIMENTARY
WHAT IS THE AVERAGE DELIVERY TIME?
Most of our creations are freshly compounded in our Lab after your order has been processed and shipped within a week (or less).
Delivery times will vary according to the destination and type of delivery, our current expected time is:
UPS ground: usually between three and seven business days (may take longer for Alaska and Hawaii).
USPS first class: up to 8-10 business days (may take longer for Alaska and Hawaii; no tracking number is available once an order has been placed).
WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES?
Due to hygiene and quality reasons we do not accept any returns. All creations are final sale. However, the item will be replaced at TABOZ FRAGRANCES cost (including shipping) should there be quality problems such as pump malfunction.
HOW DO I REQUEST FRAGRANCE SAMPLES?
Fragrance samples are available in the website, but quantities and availability may be limited.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS FOR MY LOGIN?
Sign in to your online account using your current email address and password. Once you have successfully signed into your account, you may change the email address by editing your account information.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@tabozfragrances.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request but in some cases we will be unable to cancel orders, such as orders that have already shipped.
